Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Parking was available in front of the property for an additional £15 per day. Rooms were really big, bathroom spacious and bed super comfortable!! Excellent value for money, for a Sunday and in a great location for the Harrogate exhibition centre. Only criticism was the room was a bit chilly and we could hear trucks unloading early in the morning (the windows might need upgrading, due to the nature of the building). Will definitely be back next year.

Great location and lovely public areas. The room was lovely but it was incredibly hot and also up several different staircases which were difficult to navigate with a suitcase. It would be useful to mention this at the time of booking. Would stay again but request a room not in the annex as the main building has a lift.

We’ve stayed here a few times over the past few years, mainly because the room rate is reasonable and the hotel conveniently located across the street from Betty’s, which provides outstanding teas and breakfasts. On this occasion the reception staff seemed somewhat offhand both at checkin and checkout. The rooms are comfortable but getting a little tired in decor and would benefit from a makeover. Charged parking outside in the designated hotel area is hit and miss and awkward (now that many guests drive oversized “tanks”), and overpriced compared with on-street overnight parking nearby.

It was convenient for town and railway station. The room allocated to us was small and we felt cramped. It was more suitable for a single room.

The room was spotless but small the bathroom was too small it was as small as maybe a caravan bathroom you got out of the shower and had to get dryed in the small bedroom area and tou couldnt close the door

Excellent location for a visit to Harrogate, very central but without the noise. Very clean, good food and friendly professional staff too. Parking can be difficult at busy times, but the staff advised of an alternative solution.
