Unfortunately i didn't get to stay the night. An emergency arose. However the room was great the bed was very comfortable for the 2 hour nap i got on it.

Took 3 tries to get my room correct, they gave me first key for room with people already in it, secobd room was for full size bed qhen i paid for king size, then bathtub didnt drain so had to take shower standing in ankle deep water, then at 6am people in room next to us bladted the tv and was screaming at each other.

First two days key card did not work on the third try I was able to get into the hotel. Motion sensor light would not go off not even with repeated tries after alerting the desk they put a black bag over the light. Hot water in shower stayed cold. Could not wait to get out of room 351 so I could go home and get shower. These problems were repeated to staff and they had no solution.

I wish hotels would do something to keep the doors from slamming. It started at 459am. Some sort of buffer on the door. Other than that, it was good. Clean,convient.

The room was very well appointed and immaculate. The bed was extremely comfortable with wonderful bedding and many pillows. The breakfast was far better than most. The women at the front desk were both friendly and helpful.

The room I had was well worn and had been smoked in at some point. Backed up to highway so I had to turn white noise way up. Shower pressure was a trickle. It looks nice in photos but they def put lipstick on a pig as far as the rooms go. The breakfast and lobby were very nice and clean but room left a lot to be desired.

We've recently undergone an ownership change for this hotel, and we're actively working on room renovations and overall property improvements in line with the Best Western brand. Please consider giving us another opportunity for the best possible experience.
Stayed a night here while.a family member was in UPMC. The lady at the front desk was very nice. Check in was easy. There are several place to eat very close by, some within walking distance. My room was clean, it had a micro, coffee maker and refrigerator. The bedding was clean and the bed was. Very comfortable. Plenty of hot water and water pressure. I plan to return to the area next will and hope to stay her again. I didn’t have time to eat before I left but the breakfast looked and smelled amazing!!!!

Front desk said there was a problem with Expedia. But they said they would fix it. Room was clean and looked new. Better refrigerator than other hotels we’ve stayed in recently.

Both rooms they tried to put us in were filthy and uncleaned. Couldn’t even stay there it was so gross. I need a refund immediately.

The decor and theme is very strange. Car, car, cars everywhere with a very drab color scheme inside and outside the room. Linens were not fresh and they did not appear to know how to make a bed. The bathroom was very dirty... both the floors and the shower enclosure. A very bad experience. We did not stick around to try the breakfast.

Front desk customer service poor. No hot water to take shower. I booked 3 rooms. Out of 3 . Two rooms had hot water. Complain to front desk. No action was made. Try to talk to the manager. No one available.also I paid for the rooms through Expedia. But still I got charged at the hotel too.

We came to Carlisle for the car show and booked a room here. Nice cheerful place. The room was clean and breakfast was actually pretty good. I would book here again.

Arrived was asked for credit card, gave him card, told him i reservesd with Expedia. He said he understood and still charged my credit card again. Place looked nice but it smelled. Alot of cosmetic upgrade but fixture and infrastructure terrible. Mold. Mildew very damp and smelly.
