"The house was perfect for what we needed. It was a clean, safe and comfortable environment for my sisters and our kids. The large fenced in yard was great for the toddlers to explore and sitting on the front porch watching the lizards and bunnies was a highlight for the kids. Counting the amount of mermaids in the house was fun for the kids as well. The hosts provided everything that could have been thought of. Communication with the hosts was great as well.We came down to Florida to support my parents through my dad's surgery and he unfortunately made his way to Heaven the day of checkout. I messaged the hosts about possibly needing a late checkout and they were compassionate and understanding of the situation. I would recommend this place to others."

"The kids loved the pool, the house was clean and the beds were super comfortable! Only thing I would say is the shower heads dont supply the best shower experience, and it would of been easier ( for us ) to have a fenced yard for the dogs to roam verusus leashing them up.Out of all the rentals we have stayed at, this one takes the cake completely. Having stayed there, I can see why its booked up all the time! "

"We had an amazing experience staying at this property.The host was incredibly responsive making this a stress free stay. The space was exactly as described in the listing, from the comfortable beds to the fully equipped kitchen, which allowed us to prepare our meals at home. The location was perfect, within 30 minutes to all local attractions and restaurants. "The room is tiny with basic stuff such as soap, shampoo, body wash, towels and wash cloth but with no hangers for cloths. When we checked in, we reported the broken blinds with picture 1,2 at bedroom, the host didn’t take any measure until we checked out but said no one reported before. This is terrible. To make it worse, the rental property title is misleading: the inflatable kayak is leaking and not working at all. We reported it and asked for reimbursement which was declined and the host told us: the inflatable kayak is for courtesy. I could not believe such saying: that is the major reason for me to book it to explore springs nearby, and selling point for this property I the title. We can rent better property with spacious rooms at the similar location with similar price. I would never recommend this place."
