The property is situated in a holiday home settlement on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the mountains and its quiet, sunny hillside location. For exclusive use are available: sunshade, barbecue facilities and garden furniture. **Location** Harrachov, district Nový Svět, 680 m a.s.l. The holiday flat is located on an enclosed garden plot of 80 sq m with lawn, bounded by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 500 m).
