Short stay
We only were passing through Haro for one night, the hotel is in an excellent position to walk to the tapas bars in the town. Quiet area, quiet room, pleasant staff. This was our second time in this hotel, good value hotel.

Hotel convenient to town
We were staying only one night and we were happy and comfortable in this well located hotel which had all the facilities we needed. Underground parking was available and the WiFi was good

De la poca variedad que hay en Haro para una noche, es un hotel que dista menos de 10 minutos a pie del centro y es tranquilo.

No me gustó nada. Sucias las habitaciones, nadie en recepción, desperfectos, gente de mala pinta entrando y saliendo del bar del hotel, o apostados en la puerta..

This hotel is falling apart, and the staff was absent most of the time. Water was leaking from the ceiling, and ceiling tiles were falling in. There is little security, and the smell of cannabis permeates the halls.

La habitación con moqueta sucia y estropeada, en el baño de una habitación doble, sólo un vaso y de plástico, estuvimos dos días y no repusieron el champú. La habitación anticuada y sucia, hasta nos encontramos una fiambrera dentro del armario y un mechero detrás del inodoro de los anteriores huespedes y no es que buscaramos. Los empleados no muy agradables y lentos.

Nunca más.
Habíamos reservado 2 noches y nos fuimos a la primera. Muy, pero que muy sucio y eso que casi no hay luz en la habitación, de día abriendo la ventana tiene que ser horrible. Ni intentar ducharse pero si te atreves al abrir el grifa sale el agua marrón. Paso unos 3 días a la semana en hoteles y nunca había encontrado algo igual.
