"Great place to stay in Central London - spacious and light, comfortable beds and easy to access. Our only issue was that we were there in the May 2026 ‘heatwave’ and it really was hot. A couple of pedestal fans would go a long way to helping with this at night. Luckily we were able to open all the windows and let some cooler air in eventually. Quite a noisy spot with all the 5am rubbish collections but earplugs were provided and we quite enjoyed hearing the city wake up around us."

"The room was not cleaned upon arrival and bathroom was not cleaned, with no spare towels or bedsheets for me to change them myself. Host promised to call me to see if the check in process was okay, which he didn’t do and ended up ignoring all messages and calls. I had to call support who also couldn’t reach him, leaving me with no option but to sleep on the floor and was forced to buy a towel from a shop. The room was cleaned for the second and final night after phoning support again who managed...
