All staff were professional, helpful and polite. Pools and facilities were immaculate and overall the hotel had a great, sophisticated vibe. Food could do with a review by Radisson team. Generally it was good, but some elements were suprisingly poor. Bacon was scorched to a crisp, omlettes were not great, fried foods were soggy. On the flip side bread was amazing, as was cheese, fruit, and variety of dishes each day. Some mixed dishes need better labelling of ingredients, such as chefs salad - total mystery with suprise tuna ! Restaurants and supermarket nearby. Reception staff friendly. Wifi did not work for me at all. I stayed half board as a solo traveller and I didn't find the staff at the buffet restaurant very friendly and felt a bit uncomfortable and in the way. Staff kept walking by to see if I was finished to clear my plate while I was eating and 2 nights they never took a drink order from me just took away the menu. It's a shame because that let down my overall experience and the irony is I only booked half board because I was alone as when I travel with people we usually go out to eat to try the local restaurants. Also the restaurant is massive so it's not like I was taking up space.
