"Fire alarm went off 3 times in one night, and both restaurants had bad food and service. The desk staff seemed like they didnt care about the fire alarm, we had no idea if the building was on fire or not. And the final time was at 5 am so we just checked out and left. The Crypticon crew was absolutely wonderful, the Hotel not so much. We had much better meals at the jack in the box. "

"This is a very old hotel, there is not breakfast menu, you may go to the attached restaurant and purchase with a 10% discount, the air conditioning is like something I have not seen since the late 1970'a, no thermostat, a wall unit, with two dials"

"This hotel is in nice condition. Offer a small fridge and microwave in the rooms which is convenient and nice. Staff is always helpful with easy Check-in, checkout. Basic breakfast but I wish they’d offer almond milk for us lactose intolerant guests and some gluten free options and occasional bacon or real sausage links. Otherwise it’s great with pool AND laundry facilities. You get your money’s worth."

"Our room was nicely appointed and quiet. The coffee shop was gone, but the upgraded coffee machine in the lobby was a nice replacement. I hate to complain, but the beds were not very comfortable and the pillow were very lumpy - we had some trouble sleeping. Also, vacuuming the lobby in the morning around people sitting in the chairs and sofas was not very considerate, seems this could be done earlier, when there are no people having coffee and relaxing in the lobby. We were told we could split the bill when I called ahead of our visit, then we were told we could not do so when we arrived - awkward. The rooftop patio was enjoyable, and the staff was helpful and friendly."
