« The owner is quite friendly and informative of the area. The upper flat is cute and cozy and the only criticism I had was a door between the upstairs and downstairs. She has plans to put in a door which will allow for more privacy and noise separation. It’s not as close to the beach as I thought but it isn’t far from it. The house is close to the downtown action. I recommend staying there. »
