« Nous avions réservé une chambre avec vue rivière et balcon. À notre arrivée nous avons eu une chambre vue piscine. Le but de l’hôtel étant de voir un maximum les éléphants. Apres réclamation au début la responsable conteste. Puis on lui montre et explique que les prix sont bien différents d’une chambre à l’autre. Elle nous propose donc une chambre 4 personnes avec vue rivière. Nous n’avions pas besoin de ça mais il ne restait plus que cette chambre en vue rivière. La chambre n’était pas...

« A beautiful property nestled in the jungle. The views were amazing and the sounds of the rushing river were super relaxing. The rooms were big and airy. There is no air conditioning but some ceiling fans that do the job perfectly (we were never too hot at night) - the pool with the river view in room 10 was spectacular. We enjoyed the food and the service was really nice and kind. Ashley is a character and brings some personality to the table. It’s very isolated but it’s possible to get a Tuktuk...

« We have been travelling throughout Sri Lanka staying in hotels for a couple of nights each time, this one was FABULOUS, from the moment you come through the gates, you feel that you're somewhere special, you are then presented with a beautiful turn of century colonial house, the room was HUGE with high ceilings and the biggest antique four poster bed you've ever seen, and matching furniture, the fully modern bathroom is accessed through and old antique door, and the waterfall shower was superb....

« Do not do business with this hotel. This hotel cancelled my reservation without notifying me before my stay. They overbooked the entire hotel and had no more rooms left even after having a booking confirmation number and payment. They also wouldn't refund me even after I wasn't able to stay there. It took 3 weeks to get my money back after many calls with them. I wouldn't ever stay here. There is however a bungalow house nearby that I'd absolutely recommend instead of this hotel. »

"Nous avions réservé une chambre avec vue rivière et balcon. À notre arrivée nous avons eu une chambre vue piscine. Le but de l’hôtel étant de voir un maximum les éléphants. Apres réclamation au début la responsable conteste. Puis on lui montre et explique que les prix sont bien différents d’une chambre à l’autre. Elle nous propose donc une chambre 4 personnes avec vue rivière. Nous n’avions pas besoin de ça mais il ne restait plus que cette chambre en vue rivière. La chambre n’était pas prête. La salle de bain pué fortement on a du demander de la net"
