But days before NYE, the keycards weren’t working and no one could get in their rooms - so they gave us actual keys. Also, on NYE - staff barged into our room while we were in bed. Funny enough to leave us a gift - and wouldn’t leave without giving it to us. Terrible timing and no knock. Would I stay here again? It was also missing some ceiling trim. We asked for and were given a new room, but paying four star prices, we expect better in the first place.
