A huge thank you to the wonderful team at Lucien. The front desk, concierge and team were super helpful. The location is fantastic. The rooms are a little dated but comfortable and clean. Breakfast had a lot of choices. The rooftop has an amazing view. Truly appreciate the staff working there

The room was "a bit" on the small side, however, the location, great staff and property more than made up for it. Great staff? I should say, "PHENOMENAL!" We forgot to check the safe before we checked out. As we were waiting in the lobby for our Grab, the rushed the items to us as we sat in the lobby. The contents included cash and an IPAD. ALL the cash was there, the IPAD, and a few other small items. Wonderful, honest staff. Also, very good breakfast. Remember to tip the maids as well as the breakfast staff.
