Staffs are friendly and communicate well in English. Easy access to cafes and restaurants as well as the shopping street. Just the air conditioning was not working well.

Great location to access shops and sights. Staff are very helpfull and try their best. The only issue is the fact they struggle to understand English. Our pick up from the airport did not turn up. We had to contact the hotel with the help of a local to get it sorted.

The property is well located in Old Quarter, walkable distance from the lake, the church and the water puppet show venue. Rooms were spacious. Bathroom were spacious with bathtub. Air conditioning was perfect. Breakfast spread was decent. Staff was courteous but should be more comfortable with English. Toilet seat was missing jet spray.

This hotel is reasonably priced with excellent & exceptional service. Staff is very efficient, friendly, warm, courteous, very responsive & fast to guests' requests. I was so touched when I reached my room that night when I saw a box of pretty birthday cake on the table with a birthday greeting note. Hong Ngoc Dynasties 's staff are exceptional. Thank you.

Près du tout et confortable
En arrivant, on nous a donné un chambre coté rue et la télé ne fonctionnait pas (connection pauvre), la seconde chambre, il a fallu appeler pour que la climatisation fonctionne et le bouchon du lavabo était coincé. chambre coté cour beaucoup plus tranquille. Ensuite je ne sais pas si c'est à cause de ça mais jeune fille à l'acceuil (soir) pas très sympatique, aucune façon. Bon déjeuner. Nous sommes resté 5 jours. Autre bémol, la femme de chambre arrive vers 6am et le son de son walky-talky est au maximum et ça resonne dans la cage d'escalier.

Shower was licking all night watter was everywhere but I think it Normal for Vietnam I don’t like that front door, have a window and all the lights from our outside come to the room. I don’t like sleep with light location great

AMAZING! We wanted to staybhere more but no rooms available. Love their staff and our dining experiences. We stayed at a nearby hotel but went back here for dinners. Definitely will stay again!

Pleasant stay
Welcoming & friendly staff. Great location not far from Hoan Kiem Lake. Terrific breakfast with plentiful hot & cold dishes, fruit, coffee/tea, toast etc. Decent room size, very comfortable bed, clean.

The rooms were nicely maintained as what was pictured and were fairly spacious and had numerous power sockets to charge up your electronics.. Bathroom was nicely renovated and fitted with rainfall shower. The shower was nicely partitioned so the rest of the bathroom doesn't get wet but the water pressure is pretty weak. The mini fridge is pretty weak and turns off when the room card is removed. We had to get an additional card (one was given at check in) from the reception so our beer remains chilled after our daytrips.

The hotel is only 2-3 minute walk to the lake with lots of cafes and restaurants steps away. The room is relatively huge surprisingly nice- nice decor, massive bathtub & very beautiful for the price paid. Breakfast is excellent & great service. We got a bit lazy the night we arrived and ordered room service. Food was a bit pricey but it was an excellent meal, I would actually say it was the best meal I had in Vietnam this trip.
