The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room size was much smaller than it appears on the photos. There’s little in bathroom amenities even though the bathroom was a good size. The shower door was very noisy and difficult to slide. There was no space to put the jug except on the floor. Just a couple of little changes would make it a much more pleasant stay. Also had trouble with the aircon. For £36 you get a large room, with great WiFi, a very good hotel breakfast and in a stunning location in Hanoi Westlake. We had one of the rooms at the back, which made for a peaceful nights sleep in the busy city. The staff were exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. When we had been walking around trying to find a restaurant with little luck we sat down, dejected, in the lobby using the WiFi to check the maps again, the staff just came over with some herbal tea and put it down in front of us as they could see the frustration.
