The shower door was very noisy and difficult to slide. There was no space to put the jug except on the floor. Just a couple of little changes would make it a much more pleasant stay. Also had trouble with the aircon. There is no lift so be ready to walk up to 3-4 floors. No facilities. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. I have my room upgraded. The first night was bad as a lot of banging sound like construction piling happening around 11pm to 1 am and I lost sleep! The second night was silent. The staff were exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. When we had been walking around trying to find a restaurant with little luck we sat down, dejected, in the lobby using the WiFi to check the maps again, the staff just came over with some herbal tea and put it down in front of us as they could see the frustration.
