I go to Hannover every October for a show, and I always stay in this hotel. This is not a big hotel but clean & quiet so I liked this hotel. I checked in to the hotel on Oct 10, 2023, they gave me a smaller room this time, I walked in the room, it smells a little, just liked the room was vacant for long time, I looked at the waste bin, it still had some garbage left from the last guest. I feel disappointed this time !

We had an easy stay at the hotel. The hotel is located in the middle of the centre of Hannover. The only negative parts arête price, too expensive and parking is a problematic, the hotel has just a few parking spots. When we arrive no spaces were available and had to park our car at the car pay places,

The hotel is very well located, walking distance from the main train station (10 minutes), but also 150m from a metro station (in case you are carrying bags). The area is nice, quiet, and provides easy access to some dining options, shopping, attractions. Staff members are nice (at least most of them). The premises are very clean, and the room is very comfortable. Breakfast is also good and provides a good variety of items. The issue I had relates to the internet. The signal was very poor, the connection was very slow, and would kick me out every couple of minutes. Signal is not strong enough for calls, navigation experience is poor. Unfortunately, it was hard to work during my stay.

A good hotel only about 400 m from the Hauptbahnhof. A quiet area with no through traffic,but the church bells start at 0700. If you want a lie in,bring ear plugs.Friendly staff, great selection at breakfast. Lots of little coffee shops,pubs etc all within the area. Seating outside the dining room comfy and great on the sunny days I stayed there.

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was in good condition and spotlessly clean (the room decor appeared very slightly dated in style, but was well maintained), the breakfast was abundant and of good quality with an excellent range of options, and the location was ideal (on a cobbled city centre square with a large church, lots of restaurants and shops, and an underground station under a minute's walk away). All in all, just perfect . Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again .

Good value
Brief stay in Hanover. Hotel centrally located, about 10 minute walk from Central Station and close to Allstadt. Good breakfast. Hotel excellent value for money.

Hotel was being refurbished. Took a long time to check in with only 1 receptionist. Lifts were not working. Rooms were extremely hot with no air con (warm weather)

Great location, fabulous breakfast, comfortable and clean rooms. My only wish would have been for a fan or AC, since we were there in the middle of a heat wave and it was difficult to find relief.

Ideal city centre hotel
Quiet hotel in the centre of town. There, was a beer fest right in front of the hotel but we hardly heard it in our room. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was very good with wide selection and coffee was hot, unusual everywhere else. We woul recommend it to ant tourist visiting Hanover

Central Hannover
The room and hotel was spotlessly clean. Reception did not have my check in card ready on arrival. The breakfast room and selection of food was very good. The width of the quilt was smaller than the width of the bed. The pillows were VERY soft and flattened to very little so no support. The noise insulation from the corridors and surrounding rooms was not great. There was no refrigerator or tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

At the heart of old Hanover
Located at the heart of the Old City, can't beat that. Comfortable room overlooking the church and the old city hall. Lots of nearby restaurants. The subway station is also close, something convenient. The breakfast is excellent with fruits besides the usual German breakfast food. Front desk very friendly. Parking nearby. Wi-Fi operated well. Finally, the train station is like 10 minutes walking.

Great value for the price. Would stay here again!
This was a nice and clean hotel in the heart of the city. I had a nice view of the Marktkirche, the bed was comfortable, the shower had great water pressure and breakfast was very good. I booked this hotel because it was one of the best (if not THE best) price I saw on a single room. Very pleased and would stay here again.

The hotel location is great as it's in the city center. the room is clean but there's no free wifi as what we saw the time we book but once we are there we need to pay to get wifi access unless you go down to the reception. it was also advertised as free parking but no, we didn't get that either. We thought we paid a good price for a hotel with free wifi and parking but it turns out neither is free. The breakfast selection is good with a freshly baked bread and freshly squeeze juice. The location are very accessible for sight seeing.

Cheated me on changing a room date- avoid
After I accidentally booked for the wrong dates I was told I could change booking to a different date. The hotel then changed their mind and said I couldn't move it in contradiction to what they had previously agreed. This meant I lost a 2 night stay for 2 rooms on some expensive nights - which was a lot of money. This was especially annoying as the hotel was full on the nights I wanted to move from. It would have been so easy to have accommodated my change and have kept a happy customer. Instead the hotel chose to be greedy, take my money and treat me like they don't want happy customers. As a result I cannot recommend this hotel. I stay in Hannover all the time and will never give my custom to a business that treats customers like this.

Good location for Christmas markets
On the good side, this hotel was very centrally located for our visit to the Christmas markets in Hannover, the room was comfortable, and breakfast was quite good with a varied selection. On the bad side, the hotel internet site doesn't have any mention of where to park your car and only after we had parked our car elsewhere and checked in did they mention that they had their own underground parking garage. The hotel was also very hard to find even with the car navigation system as it sits in a square and not on a street. They also still charge for wifi where most hotels do not charge for this anymore. Try to ask for a room away from the elevators as it was very noisy in the morning.

We were in Hannover to experience the Xmas Market. Hotel location was perfectly situated directly in the middle of the market. Service was great and the breakfast fabulous.

War bereits der dritte Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel, leider dieses Mal gerade noch "zufriedenstellend". Das Zimmer (223) super klein, das geht in der gleichen Preiskategorie auch besser. Leider kein Parkplatz mehr vorhanden, obwohl zur empfohlenen Zeit angereist wurde.Das hätte besser recherchiert werden könne. Grundsätzlich ist es kein Problem, woandes zu parken, aber wenn mir der Hinweis von der Rezeption so gegeben wird, vertraue ich darauf. Oder die Rezeption prüft besser die Belegung, weil daran absehbar ist, ob das Parkhaus frei oder voll ist. Frühstück sehr gut, aber bitte stellt mal die Tische weiter auseinander. Es muss ja nicht sein, das mein Tischnachbar mir fast auf dem Schoß sitzt oder mein Frühstücksei gleich mitsalzt. Wenn diese Hinweise ernst genommen werden, reisen wir beim nächsten Mal bestimmt auch wieder zufrieden ab. Dieses Mal war es leider nichts.
