Warerfall Bílá Strž, Bohemian Forrest 

This is a waterfall on Bílý potok (=White creek) in Bílá Strž (=White gorge) in Šumava (=Bohemian forrest) near border with Germany. The creek descends from ca. 1.000 to 700 metres altitude, the waterfall is in ca.  940 metres and it is the most dramatic part of the gorge. It is a cascade of 13 metres and 7 metres jump over a muscovite rock (in the photo) . Muscovite or mica or isinglass was used as a window slide alternative to glass in medieval Russia, hence the name coming from Moscow.

« Das Zimmer war toll, absolut gepflegt und modern, die Matratzen schön hart. Frühstücksbuffet war ebenso sehr schön und lecker, das gebuchte Abendessen (Halbpension) ebenso. Leider war eine der drei Saunen im Saunadorf defekt, aber die anderen (auch im Hotel selbst) waren einen Besuch wert. Insgesamt war Preis/Leistung sehr gut, wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen »

« Wir waren mit dem Hotel Rösslwirt sehr zufrieden.Es war sauber,leckeres Essen,freundliches Personal,einfach ein schönes Hotel. Das einzige was ich vielleicht bemängeln muss,ist das es im Restaurant etwas wenig Platz gibt und man zum Frühstück und Abendessen mit anderen Gästen am Tisch sitzt.Aber das ist wirklich das Einzigste.Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und auch noch in der dazu gehörigen Metzgerei eingekauft,denn auch die Wurst zum Frühstück war richtig gut.Wir kommen wieder. »

« Unser Zimmer war modern renoviert und ruhig. Ausstattung war gut, einzig die Kissen waren zu weich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Großer Pool mit Blick ins Grüne. Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig, das Corona Prozedere dabei ist halt etwas umständlich, funktioniert aber. Die Musikauswahl im Frühstücksraum sorgt dafür, dass die Gäste dort nicht unnötig lang verweilen. Insgesamt durchaus empfehlenswert. »

« Die Unterkunft sieht genau so gut aus wie auf den Bildern. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren vorhanden. Ebenso ein Parkplatz vor der Tür. Des Weiteren war auch die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlte nichts. Wir haben erst ein paar Stunden vor der Ankunft gebucht aber auch das war kein Problem und der Check Inn verlief reibungslos. Auf dem Gelände befindet sich eine Baustelle. Das sieht man auf den Bildern nicht aber uns hat das auch nicht gestört da wir nur morgens und abends in der...

Warerfall Bílá Strž, Bohemian Forrest 

This is a waterfall on Bílý potok (=White creek) in Bílá Strž (=White gorge) in Šumava (=Bohemian forrest) near border with Germany. The creek descends from ca. 1.000 to 700 metres altitude, the waterfall is in ca.  940 metres and it is the most dramatic part of the gorge. It is a cascade of 13 metres and 7 metres jump over a muscovite rock (in the photo) . Muscovite or mica or isinglass was used as a window slide alternative to glass in medieval Russia, hence the name coming from Moscow.

"Beau séjour dans cet hôtel avec un rapport qualité prix imbattable. Piscine extérieure un peu froide mais la piscine intérieure est plus chaude. Sauna, hammam, inclus dans le prix. Attention car, ça peut surprendre, ils se mettent nus 😅 Le petit déjeuner (inclus aussi) est excellent avec beaucoup de choix en sucré et en salé. Les points négatifs : les places de parking restreintes (mais avec supplément on peut avoir une place dans un garage) et peu de traduction en anglais. Le personnel le parle à peine "
