Last year our place was so noisy that we couldn’t get to sleep until after midnight and had to get up at six to start our ride. Our rental this year was phenomenal. Clean,spacious and well equipped. We were able to make food do laundry and have a good quiet night’s sleep. Highly recommended if you need to be in Hampton beach with friends. The owners were easy to reach, and very interested in us having a good stay. The house was wonderful. My husband remarked that it “still has that new house smell.” It was very clean, comfy beds, great kitchen. I especially appreciated the little touches, such as complimentary tea and coffee, and bathroom soaps. The linens were provided. This was such a luxury, as most places we’ve stayed at don’t provide the linens or towels. There was space for one car in the garage, and the keyless locks made it easy for everyone to get in without worries. I highly recommend this house. Most only have one full bath. The three bathrooms was a huge part in picking this house. The property manager was super quick to respond.
