Enjoyed the location and house was nice. Minor issues with door knobs. Daughter got stuck in room. Internet poor. Minor issues. Sadly once we left it went south. Accused of losing an item that ended up being found by them. We left a small item behind. Multiple contacts were made and told it was found and they would ship. Then no contact back and was ignored and had to contact VRBO for a phone contact. Reached the owner and was told would be shipping item beginning of next week. Then again had to contact again and finally was told item was shipped. A couple more days later. Now it has been almost a month since the stay. Sadly the attitude of kindness was then being charged a large fee to ship a small item that only costs 7$ to ship. So please beware if you stay and be sure you leave absolutely nothing behind or move any items as you will be charged. Not to mention so most rental properties constantly video tape activities now?
