10/10 **** Star Rated Beach house! Come and enjoy our cozy beach house this Spring - just 1 block off North Beach! We are still taking additional cleaning & sanitizing precautions for our guests. Come enjoy the beauty that New England has to offer during any season! Bring your family to the beach & enjoy the comforts of this new 3 story beach house located on a private road.
The main living area has an open floor plan w/ a full eat in kitchen, a breakfast bar which accommodates casual seating for 4 and a dining area that features a large family table that can seat 10 comfortably. The living room has a large 65 inch smart TV and a walk out covered porch and a half bath. In the kitchen you'll enjoy the full morning sunrise during your coffee and gorgeous sunsets over the Pond in the evening!
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, each w/ it's own beautiful view and blacked out curtains.The master bedroom w/ its own private bath, queen bed, TV and private covered porch overlooking the pond.
The 2 front bedrooms both have sparkling views of the ocean, 1 queen bed and the other with a single bunk bed w/ trundle (which sleeps 3). Both rooms share a large family bathroom w/ tub & shower combo.
There's a spiral staircase that takes you up to the sky room which has the most spectacular views of the ocean and pond anytime during the day! It has a queen bed w/storage and a separate entertainment/sitting area. A great hang out spot for the kids or adults.
Just pack your suitcase and everything else will be here waiting for you! A fully supplied kitchen; cooking utensils, glass & flat ware, blender, coffee pot, toaster & crock pot. Also included an extensive cable package, fast WI-FI, all bed linens, bath & beach towels, full size washer & dryer, iron and ironing board, boogie boards, an assortment of beach toys, beach chairs and coolers, outdoor grill & outdoor shower for rinsing the sand off....everything you need at the beach!
*But the best part is that the beach is only a short walk away for you and your family to enjoy anytime of the day or night. Why stay down at the busy end of Hampton beach when you can have the quiet of North Beach….

Thoughtful comfort near the ocean

Polly’s home in Hampton, NH, is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much thought and care she’s put into making the space welcoming and easy to navigate. The kitchen was impressively well stocked with both equipment and essentials, making it a breeze to cook and enjoy meals together. Thoughtful labels throughout the house helped us quickly find what we needed and understand how things worked—everything from light switches to house expectations was clearly and kindly marked. Just a short walk to the beach, the location made it easy to soak in the ocean air and beautiful views. A truly lovely stay in a well-loved home.

Fantastic house near the beach

We had a great time at Polly’s beach house! My youngest is 5 and she had no trouble walking to the beach whenever we wanted to go - it’s within a 5 minute walk. The beach cart made it so easy to bring what we needed. Will definitely stay again - love the open floor plan and having breakfast in the colorful dining area.

Great Family Vacation

Polly’s house was the perfect stay for us! She is close to the beach, has all the amenities, and is extremely friendly! She checked in with us several times! We would highly recommend a stay there. We look forward to next year!

Hampton Beach

The condo is a short walk to a very nice beach, and a few miles from the boardwalk with arcades and shops, which was nice for the teenagers in the family. There was a free country music concert on Tuesday and fireworks on Wednesday.The house was very nice and had everything we needed, including beach chairs, towels and blankets.

Views, Location, Everything you need

This was a wonderful place for our family (6 adults, 1 teen, and a 2-year-old) to vacation together. The location is spectacular--quiet and scenic, yet close to the beach. The decks overlooking the pond were a beautiful place to watch the sunset and enjoy the bird life. This house is very well equipped with anything you might need in the kitchen, all things for the beach, as well as a pack'n'play and high chair for the little one. Polly is a highly responsive and helpful host, wanting happy guests, and doing everything possible to support us. Thank you, Polly, for your wonderful hospitality!

Perfect place and space!

We needed a spot for my husband and I and our adult children with spouses/significant others to be able to enjoy the beach, visit with each other, and use as home base as we gathered to attend some family events in the Merrimack Valley. This was perfect in all ways. Polly was a clear communicator, always very considerate of our comfort and our needs. The rooms are large and well-appointed and the housekeeping was excellent. The kitchen is efficiently organized, including an extra large dining table where we could comfortably fit for full group breakfasts and late-night snacks, and we could not think of one thing that we might reach for in our own homes that we did not easily find there. This was an awesome find, for an unforgettable and precious family weekend.

Witches Way

We stayed here for a week. We had a lot of rain, but had plenty to do. Lots of things for the kids to do, also, Polly had lots of family games. The Condo was immaculate upon arrival and the amenities went far & beyond. First house we rented in 10 years that had great mattresses on each bed! We loved our stay! Hope to return! The Deegans

Polly’s rental is clean, spacious and close to the beach. There is ample space for our family which included 6 adults. The rear balconies provide great views of the salt marsh.

We had 9 people on our family vacation! This house was a great fit. It was a very short walk to the beach. The kids loved the huge waves! It was only a short drive to the boardwalk which was a nice break from the beach! The house was very clean and Polly made sure we had a great time!!

Great beach house in a wonderful location

Wonderful house in a great location. Everything we could want in a beach house for our family of 6. We did have an issue with fire alarms going off 3 times in the middle of the night and twice during the day but it seemed to be one faulty smoke detector which could be quite easily resolved. The owner was active in helping to understand the problem. It truly is a wonderful spot and we would absolutely return.

Great house! Great host! Wonderful location, too.

We just spent a few days over Thanksgiving. The space is big enough for a large family to spread out. Fully equipped kitchen and nice touches throughout the house. Kids wanted to move in! I must admit, when our time was up, I was sad to leave. Would like to see in the summer, too. Serene spot with nice views. Polly is a great host, very thoughtful.

The house is maintained very well with all the amenities for a great stay. We loved how the kitchen is the first level and the bedrooms where on the second and third level. The views are nice because you can see the beach wall from the front of the house and marshes out the back. The open kitchen and living area are perfect for family time. The seating in the kitchen is ideal for eating and conversation. All the bedrooms are very comfortable with nice linens and plenty of bath towels. The owner is very accessible if there are any issues.

We loved our stay in Polly’s beach house! Great place to rent for a surfer...short walk to the beach. We stayed off-season, but found plenty to do...day trips to nearby Portsmouth and Kittery outlets. The owner, Polly, was easy to communicate with, very attentive, and made us feel welcome in her beach home. The place was clean, spacious for extended family, yet cozy. Kitchen was well equipped, and the house had all the basics we needed. I loved sunny mornings, sipping coffee and viewing the ocean. Thanks for a wonderful family vacation!
