"When I walked into the room one of the beds was covered in black stains and I noticed the hand soap was empty. I contacted the desk where I was told housekeeping was gone for the day. They told me they could get me fresh bedding but I would have to change it myself. After fully inspecting the room I noticed the floor was dirty like it had not been vacuumed. There were food crumbs, candy, beer tops and dirty socks under the beds. The floors in the bathroom were dirty as well. The next morning I asked that housekeeping clean the entire room. When I returned it had been somewhat cleaned. They picked up the items from under the bed but still did not vacuum the floors. The black stains on the bed were coming from the air unit on the wall, when the air would turn on it shot out black dirt onto the bed. They also never refilled the hand soap or lotion when cleaning the room so I had to go and purchase some myself. My first stay with them was lovely which is why I booked with them again. After having all of the problems I had with this stay I will not be a returning guest. I also have pictures of the room and how it was when I checked in."

"Breakfast was surprisingly alright and pleased my kids but that's about where positives stop. The room smelled horrendous and looked just as bad. The desk chair's surface was literally peeling off - about 75 percent of it. Stains everywhere - on the carpet, the walls, the furniture, the mattress. The AC unit was perpetually blowing out chunks of, I assume and hope, air filter while ants crawled on top. My kids were afraid to sleep there and wouldn't even take their shoes off, only my husband had the guts to sleep in the bed and the rest of us crowded onto the air mattress we had brought. It's not that it wasn't cleaned up after a previous guest, it's that the state of the maintenance of the hotel is completely awful. I would never recommend this place."

"I am having a long-term stay here as I shop for a house in the area and have been grateful to find such a comfortable, affordable, and friendly inn. The people who run it are extremely welcoming and helpful and have made it a pleasure to be here. It is a nice and well-run place to stay. They have left me alone as I spend a lot of time online working at my goal of finding my new home. The WIFI is excellent and dependable. The coffee is available around the clock."
