Bed wasnt very comfortable and food wasnt the best. But staff were very nice. Wifi very good. Espresso from lobby bar very good. Fridge in room very cold (rare for Tunisia!) Not a fan of double beds that are actually two beds pushed together. Large washroom. Nice balconey and view of water. Indoor pool was the highlight as it was nice and warm for winter.

Very good 5-star hotel

This is our second stay at Bel Azur. We’d also previously stayed at its neighbour, Sol Azur. and used all the Bel Azur amenities. So it feels like our third stay. We keep coming back because we enjoy the staff and the amenities. We asked for sea views and were assigned room 603 which had direct view overlooking the sea. No impediments… just sun, sand and sea. It was unbelievable to wake up to the sun and sea every morning, and to spend time on our balcony. It is a spacious room, with little bar...

It was an excellent stay, the staff was great and friendly they were helpful and kind. The hotel is nice with private beach, the rooms have nice views and the pools are clean and great. We had so much fun especially my little. The food was great and various, the service was great. A special thanks to chef Sabeur, and chef Mehrez, they were amazing. Thanks to Ms Dorsaf the hotel manager for her kindness and help, she is so professional.
