"This hotel is 2 stories and has no elevator. We were given a 2nd story room. When told there was no elevator I explained my 77 year old husband can’t do stairs the young gentleman at the desk apologized and in minutes had a room for us on the 1st floor. Very nice man. This is a fairly new hotel and very clean. Good location. I would stay here again."

"Thin walls. Staff was excellent tho. The loud “neighbors” were a lot louder with the thin walls tho. Made for an unpleasant night. "

"We had a terrific stay at this property! Loved the cleanliness, comfortable beds, and well-equipped kitchen. The stairs to the upper floor were a bit steep, but that’s the only word of caution I can provide for folks who might have mobility challenges. Overall, we would return here again in a heartbeat! Thanks for a great visit to Pella!"

"Property was new and very nice. There was a place to eat within walking distance that was convenient. The person who checked us in was okay, but lacked friendliness and when both the TVs in the lobby did not work, she was unhelpful and did not make any effort to resolve the issue. "
