The hotel itself was very nice and clean with helpful staff. The town itself wasn’t very clean. There was nearby public transportation (10 minute walk) which was helpful.

Check in was a breeze. Reception staff were so friendly. The room we opted for is so spacious with a large and comfortable bed. Shower and toilet were sparkling clean, equipped with all the basic necessities as well. Would highly recommend Holiday Inn Express for a comfortable nights stay 👍

Great stay! Amazing staff!
Absolutely amazing stay! Staff very friendly!! Dog was even treated exceptionally well even gave a doggy bag treat and was allowed to have breakfast with us from the breakfast bar. Cannot fault the hotel, staff or food in the slightest. Kids loved it! Said their bed was super comfy! Definitely be back!

Breakfast was a bit crammed in. The hot foot is available in a small side room, and it becomes a bit frantic to get food. Spreading it out over the breakfast room would help.

Really enjoy staying here.
We come to this hotel for 3 nights every new year to meet up with Friends.. every year we are welcomed by such friendly staff.. place is very clean and I love the Dove soaps!! Lifts are readily available and the breakfast is more than enough

Nice hotel, shame about the wild screaming brats !
Nice hotel and excellent staff and only downside is the clientele that uses it . Lots of families with screaming misbehaving brats who made too much noise and were a nightmare at breakfast and if you wanted an evening meal . Nice room great breakfast and LGBT friendly staff but is a nightmare at times because of the ill disciplined and unruly children and families who stay at the hotel

Friendly staff
Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, bed was a wee bit on tbe small side but my husband is 6ft 5 so thats par for the course!

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast provided was wonderful, with something for everyone. Good access to highway, and bus stops close by. Despite being in a busy area, the hotel was well soundproofed. The hotel was very clean in every aspect. Would definitely return if I am back in this area of Scotland
