Lovely and clean comfortable rooms big bathroom with plenty of lovely fresh towels not the ususl 1 per person and location near enought to the nightlife a short walk

Very Pleasant Stay
Sufficient space in bungalow. Though the building is a bit old and covered with graffiti, the interior is in good condition. The room is newly furnished and modern. There are two very big supermarkets nearby. The staff is very friendly.

Jeg kunne lide service fra starten da vi kom ind i hotellet og medarbejderne var søde , de havde altid tid til tale med en de viste hvor man skulle bo og viste hvor vi skulle parker da de ikke havde parkering og det lå lidt langt væk hvor vi skulle parker men det var stadigvæk fint nok og det var et helt utroligt hvordan morgen mad smagte godt og medarbejderne var altid glade

The apartment is nice. I am just a bit worried if it it it is a safe place because the people occupying the other apartments are very noisy. And they are drinking and smoking outside. Not good for children.

Nice location close to the harbor, museums, shopping, messe, and restaurants. Hotel staff very helpful. Good breakfast with much variety of foods included each morning. Moderately priced hotel.

Great hotel spotlessly clean. Staff very welcoming and checked us in very early which was a great bonus. We had a room on the fourth floor which was ok for us but wouldn't suit if you had mobility problems as there isn't a lift. For the price this was a bargain.

If St Pauli Fan a great spot a good clean hotel.
stayed here for one night, no issues, if you are staying in ST Pauli i would expect you would know what the area is like. Looks can be deceiving. The hotel is next to a football fan bar that has numerous people spilling onto the street. Many of these are visitors enjoying their time. Hotel reception was efficient, room was clean. Everything as expected asked for local amenities and directed to them in english without hassle. Had a good sleep, shower good and breakfast was decent enough. Really good bars close by and easy to get to from the airport using the S bahn or U bahn

Hotels location was great as it was near the Rindermarkt which was a lifesaver for eating cheaply every night and also near the U-bhan. We had the family bungalow which was perfect size wise, and also nice and quiet and more secluded from main hotel - definitely the hotel I would book again if I was in Hamburg. There was also a good playpark for children just down the road on Paulinastrase. Improvements would have been from a customer service position at check in - we could have been made to feel a little more welcome with a smile and chitchat and breakfast wasn’t great as we came down at 9am and a lot of things were not being replenished so as a vegetarian I missed out on the fruit salad, yogurt, cheese and bread. Overall, the thing I cared most about was the standard of the room and feeling safe, location and being able to get a good sleep and for that I score the hotel 8/10.

A Hamburg stopover.
We enjoyed our one night here, the room was large and very clean. Beds were fine. Check in was easy and even though it is near a main road we did not find the road noise uncomfortable.

Excellent position with bus stop to attractions
The graffiti on the outside of the hotel makes it look run down and not a place you want to go in. However, the inside is just as the photos show. The beds were comfortable, bathroom large with walk in shower and everywhere very clean. Someone was on reception 24/7. There was no kettle in the room. We did not have breakfast. The no. 6 bus stops outside and links to the underground at St. Pauli and S-Bahn, ferries and underground at Landsbrucken. There was some road noise in our room with the windows closed and noise from builders opposite, but I would say the hotel was very good value for money. There is no lift.

Very active neighborhood
This hotel is doing everything right. The noise from outside is typical of any city. We especially enjoyed the open windows and outside air. The staff was helpful, the breakfast hearty and the walk to the harbor tunnel and under the Elbe River was the highlight of our trip.

I was really pleasantly surprised with the hotel, the room was very nice and comfy, and the check in and out very quick and hassle free. Even tho the hotel is located on the busy street, it was pretty quiet, and very close to everything - U Bahn, S Bahn, supermarkets and a lot of bars and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again next time :D

Weekend in St Pauli - moin moin
The hotel is ideally situated in the St Pauli area within a 15 minute walk down to the harbour. The hotel was very reasonably priced, very clean with staff who were helpful and knowledgeable. We didn't use the breakfast facilities as there are several good cafes nearby. Considering how near the Reeperbahn is to the hotel we thought it may be noisy but we hardly heard any shenanigans going on. Ideal if there is only a few of you who need a base to explore Hamburg - St Pauli underground station is only a few hundred metres away. Slept well and impressed with the size of the bathroom. There was no tea or coffee facilities in the room but in all honesty we didn't spend too much in the room anyway. Well worth a visit: if we go back to Hamburg we'd certainly consider this hotel.

The room was clean and neat. There’s no phone in the room and I had to walk twice up and down to let management know that the TV was not working. There was a small sorry and nothing more. Pretty disappointed.

Great location just a couple minutes' walk from St Pauli and the DOM but still really quiet. Clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff for a bargain price. Definitely recommend.

Nice room in bungalow building
We were in the bungalow rooms, not the main building, and the room was wonderful. Big by European standards, modern, and the shower was large. Room was quiet and clean. Note that the bungalow rooms are outside, accessable only through the hotel, so keep they in mind for winter. The breakfast was nice.... plenty of classic cold and warm choices, coffee, juices and teas.

Good budget hotel for business and leisure
Pleasant stay at the Budapester Hof hotel. This is a budget, no-frills hotel. My room accommodations were basic, but perfectly clean. The bedding is comfortable, but not the best. Service was friendly and courteous. Overall, a great choice for a budget visit to Hamburg. The location is #1, super close to the Messe exhibition halls, Rindermarkthalle for good food options, public transport, and nightlife down on Reeperbahn. I would highly recommend a stay here.

My first impression of the building was not good. The walls outside the building were full of graffiti. I thought we were in the bad part if the city. At the lobby they had shabby furniture. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. There were no elevators to the third floor where our room was. The room was large because it was a family room. The bathroom was also large, and clean. It was ok for a one night stay.

2 Night Break
Initially the room we were given was spacious, clean but basic. Having spoke to the staff on the reception we were moved to room 5 which had only been in use for approx 1 month. This room was much better. Fresh, clean with tea coffee facilities and an in room safe. Shower was huge with ample hot water and nice white towels. Bed was comfy and we slept well. Breakfast was well stocked and always replenished when items got low. Altogether great value for money in a good location for getting around Hamburg.
