This cottage for 6 people, surrounded by meadows, is located at the foot of hiking trails, with nearly 50 km of paths to explore on foot, by bike, or even on horseback. You might even spot deer and roe deer in the neighboring meadows and forests...
During the warmer months (June to September inclusive), you can enjoy the spa. Outside, you'll also find various games such as giant Mikado, Molkky, shuffleboard, rackets, and a swing. The accommodation is charmingly decorated with an owl theme. The ground floor is accessible to people with reduced mobility, with doors and hallways over 93 cm wide.

For your activities, you'll be spoiled for choice with fishing, sports, water sports, and cultural attractions: in Hambers (3 km), a fishing pond is open from mid-March to the end of October; swin-golf and water sports are available at Gué de Selles (7 km); the Évron water park (12 km); the summer swimming pool in Bais (5 km); the Gallo-Roman town of Jublains (7 km); Sainte-Suzanne, voted France's favorite village (20 km); and the hills of Mont Rochard (9 km).
All shops and services are located in Bais (4 km). The house is a detached, two-story building with a spiral staircase. Level 0: Fully equipped kitchen 12.5m² (oven, 3-burner hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, filter coffee maker and pod coffee maker, toaster) - Living room 26m² with sofa, wood-burning stove, dining table, television - Utility room 5.6m² with washing machine and dryer - Shower room with walk-in shower and toilet, double vanity, towel warmer and hairdryer, adapted for people with reduced mobility (shower seat, toilet with grab bar, adapted door widths) - Bedroom (1) 17m² with a 160*200 bed, shelf, wardrobe, desk and chair. Level 1: Bedroom (2) 13.50m² with a 140*190 bed, storage - Bedroom (3) 7.5m² with two 80*190 beds separated by a curtain - Separate toilet with washbasin.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Terrace with dining table and chairs, sun loungers, charcoal barbecue, and a hot tub available from June to September.
Games: swing, shuffleboard, paddleball, Mölkky, giant wooden games, and board games are available in the house.
Baby equipment: 1 travel cot with mattress, 1 high chair, and 1 stair gate.

INCLUDED: made beds, towels, kitchen linen, firewood, and heating.
OPTIONAL: Cleaning is available for an additional €80 (mandatory for business travelers, cleaning fee for stays of 1 to 14 nights).
SUPPLEMENT: Fields can accommodate horses during your stay: €5 per night per animal.

A motorhome electrical hookup is available on the front of the cottage.
