Clean, helpful, good price; who needs more.
Like all Japanese hotels, perfectly clean. Nice room, good size for a single traveller, and a very reasonable price. Unlimited free coffee and soft drinks in the reception lounge, a generous gesture. The hotel reception was particularly helpful and accommodating to me and a lot of other travellers caught up in Typhoon Hagibis, we had flights cancelled and needed to rebook rooms at short notice. The staff have reasonable English but used digital translators to reduce communication problems. A short easy walk to city centre and station.

Nice and big room compared to the traditional Japanese hotel for a business travel. Close to the main train station. One down side is hard to find a decent place to eat unless you walk out 15min or have someone to take you out. Unfortunately no convenient store near by. But i would come back again to stay at this hotel.

Great stay
This hotel was a nice surprise in a regional sized town, with comfortable rooms and within close walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. Lots of pillow choices, and a variety of Japanese style foods for the buffet breakfast.

風呂の湯を抜いたら洗面室の床まで湯が流れてきた。また空気清浄器の出口がホコリがついていたのでその風がふきだした。

デラックスルームへ泊まりましたが、アメニティも充実しており、部屋に電子レンジもあり至れり尽くせりでした。 部屋も綺麗で1泊でしたが良かったです✨ お風呂も1坪風呂でジャグジーがついていてテレビもあり、ゆっくり旅の疲れが癒されました。 清掃も凄い丁寧で行き届いています✨部屋の割にはぎゅうぎゅう詰めな感じなので、清掃の人は大変かも知れません。 また、利用したいです。ただ、お部屋が派手なので落ち着かない方も居るかも………

ネットで予約完了してるのに、 予約されてない‼︎部屋がない‼︎等で、 なかなか案内してもらえなかった 朝食が6:30からしかやってない 禁煙部屋が空いてなく、喫煙部屋に泊まったまのの、匂いがかなりキツかった。
