The parking is on the property just behind the building and is paid parking. When I sent a message to the host to clarify it took them an hour to give me a response that included an incorrect street name. When I arrived I couldn't find the parking (the listing makes it sound like there is a parking lot with a spot). I contracted again to ask clarifying questions and they responded and hour late with the same copy pasted message. They don't answer the phone either. I only got a hold of someone 3 hours later when I called VRBO. They were still unable to help me understand because the representative had never physically been to the property.
