The property is about 2 years old and in a transitioning, but already very comfortable, neighborhood. This apartment is on the top floor of the 7 story building and has great balconies (covered in snow most our trip). The apartment has 2 very well appointed bedrooms, with a king bed in one and a queen in the other. The 2 bathrooms have shower/tub combinations and are also very nice. We appreciated the reserved parking spot in the basement, as the weather was cold most of the time. There is also a nice gym on the first floor. The contact, Jeff, was extremely helpful - even providing us a list of some of his favorite places to eat. One of our absolute favorites is directly across the street - Bar Kismet. I definitely would stay there again and would highly recommend it to anyone planning a stay in Halifax. ##### William L. The kid loved it so much that they wanted to go home as soon as they got out. I am so glad we chose this place. More comfortable than a hotel. You can also do laundry, so it's perfect for a long stay. Check-in and check-out are smooth. Jeff, the owner, was very helpful and never made us feel uneasy. Would stay here again!　One problem was the bed in the master bedroom. The condo was Lovely beds are supper comfy. Wrap around Balcony was amazing, plus the owner provided tea and coffee, Sobeys is just two minute drive away to stock on some basics.Would recommend Jeffs condo you can’t go wrong using this unit as your home base,Btw you’ll need to read the coffee machine instructions. ##### Christina C. We were there mid-week and it was very quiet and we felt safe walking through the neighbourhood. It was an easy 15 min walk to the Citadel. We Ubered back from the waterfront for $9. The unit is very large, new and clean. It has new comfortable furniture and is tastefully decorated. There is a full kitchen with everything needed, eating area, living room (the only smallish space), two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, full size washer and dryer (that worked very well), lots of closet space, a huge wrap around balcony with furniture and underground parking. Communication was quick and simple. We loved Halifax and would certainly stay here again. ##### Emily K.
