The ROY building is a modern 22-storey, ultra luxurious residence featuring elegant interior designs, contemporary style, exquisite amenities, and unrivaled views. The ROY is Halifax’s most prestigious address. This spacious suite showcases a fully open concept living/dining/kitchen area with 2 adjacent walls of bright 9-foot floor to ceiling windows overlooking downtown Halifax, the harbour, and beyond. Off this space a sliding door opens to a full 310 square foot balcony (31’ X 10’). I had some trouble with the appliances because they were so modern, but Sean was so quick to respond with help and was very kind. The beds were comfy and the sunsets were stunning from the balcony.
