The floor plan is a little odd and there are a lot of stairs. They could use a little more comfy seating in the large beautiful living room, but other than that, we had few complaints. You can see and hear the ocean from the house. It was excellent for our group of 10 people. The one thing that would have made it perfect would be if there was a bathroom on the second floor. Both bathrooms are on the main floor of the house, which meant the 4 people staying upstairs had to use the one shared bathroom with those staying on the main floor. The second bathroom is an en-suite in the master bedroom. This didn’t bother us too much since we were only there for 2 nights, it could be tricky for so many people sharing a bathroom if this was a longer stay. Nov 24, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, communication, location, listing accuracy Pros: \* Great location by the beach and bluff walk \* Nice second floor views (slightly marred by the large adjacent restaurant)\* Extremely prompt and efficient management dealing with minor issuesCons:\* Oddly undersupplied kitchen - we could not find a water pitcher or more than one serving spoon\* Slight chemical smell in the rear unit bothered some people\* No curtains or shades for the massive south & west facing windows meant no relief from even winter sun when using the main living space\* Low water pressure in kitchen sink\* Dishwasher needs repair or replacement ##### Oren C.
