When we tried to share some of the services provided downstairs, we were told that we were not allowed to use any of those items. We had no coffee in our place for the second morning but were unable to use any of the beverages or items provided downstairs. We had family visiting the Bay Area, and it was just what we needed. Clean, surprisingly spacious, and perfectly located. The town centers around Main Street, so you're right in the heart here: great if you want a walking accessible option for food and sight-seeing nearby. The listing mentions a wine-tasting, but the staff was quick remind us that, despite the listing, this perk was just for the B&B guests, that "the penthouse is \*only\* a VRBO, not part of the B&B" adding to odd feeling of walking around back to get in, as not to enter the actual Inn. Not deal-breakers and overall, in a town where larger accommodations are at a premium, we'd certainly go back. ##### David S.
