The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was fabulous and exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean fully functional and the towel warmer was a luxury. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Wonderful place, extremely clean with beautiful views. This was the only hotel on our trip where breakfast was included and this ended up being the best stay during our 10 day trip in Germany.

Fantastic stay w great food
Fantastic hotel w very comfortable room and high quality beddings, the breakfast is especially delicious which can be comparable to five star hotel. The host is also very nice and friendly, feel like home. Would love to stay next time when visiting here :-)

The Alpchalet was a warm and cozy hotel. Close to the castles and great views of the landscape. The room was clean and inviting. There is a balcony with chairs and a table. The wifi worked well in all the areas of the property. The breakfast was delicious. They will make to order your eggs. I definitely recommend staying here.

The "mountain view" was a little misleading as the mountains were behind the property and our room was on the side. The room was nice and clean. The restaurant food was fantastic!

Excellent place for a night while on the Alpenstrasse, or to visit the nearby Ludwig castles. Nice room, excellent serviceand a restaurant integrated in the hotel.

Nice small hotel just south of Innsbruck
This hotel is in a quiet location, a few minutes from Innsbruck. The included breakfast was first rate. They accommodated our gluten free request very well. When we reqested extra pillows, they brought them to our room almost immediately. Would stay here again.

The property was great. Very clean and comfortable. They even have a family room that has seperate bedrooms for parents and kids in the same accomodation. The night staff's English was very limited but he didn't let that stop him from trying to help us any way he could. We arrived very late in the evening and our keys were there waiting for us. Very efficient checking. The area around the hotel is beautiful... Mountains, lake, cute houses, and friendly neighbours. Breakfast was delicious and included.

wonderful place
We had a wonderful time at Alpchalet Schwanstein. We are a family of four and we stayed at a family suite with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. My kids loved the skylights in the bathroom as well as the 2nd bedroom. You can see the stars at night. We were on a 2 week vacation in Europe and this place is our favorite among all the hotels during our trip. The breakfast is also wonderful, plenty of meat and fresh fruits. Will stay here again next time when we are in this area.

Good: - We were able to check in slightly early - Room decor is nice Bad: - Parking is shared with the Bar/Restaurant, we had our car scratched even though we parked our car very carefully, the car park gets very busy - No WiFi at all, we were shown to our room and only then told that WiFi is broken, its 2018 and if the booking says Free WiFi then there should be WiFi - Breakfast seating area is way too small - Breakfast times (0730 to 0930) is not long at all - Our room was over the outdoor area of the restaurant so you could hear the restaurant with the window open - Road noise was bad enough to have to shut the window all night so it was too hot in the room even with a fan on - Light switches at the bedside are actually next to where your head is when sleeping so if you move in your sleep be prepared for the light switch to be moved and the lights to come on and wake you up - Cups were not clean in the room - Lastly at check in the lady who checked us in thought that when we were paying for our tourist tax that we were also leaving her a tip?....slightly embarrassing to have to ask for our change.

Charming Challet
Our stay at aplchallet was great. It is conveniently located to Neuschwanstein. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was fabulous. A wonderful place to spend the night after a day of hiking too.

Great location on the Romantic Road. The restaurant runs as a separate business but I would highly recommend the food there. The staff were kind, hard working, thoughtful and thorough. The room has everything you need. Breakfast is a little cramped but sufficient.

Very picturesque setting!
This hotel is in a very beautiful setting near Neuschwanstein. The rooms were very clean with comfortable beds and a great view of the mountains. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start our day.
