« A comfortable and well-kept hotel some 50 meters from multiple hiking trails and but a 20 minute walk from the Karpacz downtown. The surroundings are beautiful. A truly perfect place for exercise and relaxation. I conjoined ca. 5 hours of hiking each day with massage treatments in the spa. I opted for half board and found the gastronomy, for both breakfast and dinner, to be of the the highest quality. I'm going back next year. »

It is important to know that rooms are only cleaned on request. Unfortunately the staff do not speak English or German. A translator is helpful. We felt very welcome. »

« Sehr schöne Appartementanlage, die an ein 5\* Sterne Hotel angeschlossen ist. Das Frühstücksangebot ist sehr umfangreich und die Einrichtungen des Hotels wie Fitnesscenter, Schwimmbad und SPA können mit genutzt werden. Wünschenswert wäre die Verbesserung der Kommunikation mit den Gästen in den Appartements, so dass Änderungen seitens des Hotels, z.B. die Frühstückszeit am Neujahrstag auch kommuniziert werden. »

« Easy check in, our room was large, spotless and modern. The garden grounds are really well looked after. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and the food was lovely. The pool and spa were again spotless. Everything has been done to a high standard. The hotel, food/drinks and the facilities are a bit pricey for Czech but they are worth it. Would definitely visit again. »

"Hôtel de l'ère soviétique rénové à minima. Chambre exiguë sans climatisation, sans ventilateur (caution obligatoire), sans bouteille d'eau (malgré la canicule), sans réfrigérateur, sans sèche-cheveux. Fenêtre de la chambre jamais nettoyée à l'ouverture problématique. Salle de bain super étroite. Impossibilité de se garer devant la réception sauf à utiliser l'immense parking payant (tarifs élevés).
