About this property

Barn conversion in beautiful, peaceful, rural location with stunning views.

  • Situated just outside the village of Cowbeech, Old Farm Barn is a newly converted barn. The open plan ground floor has separate areas for living, dining and kitchen and lovely views of the surrounding countryside. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a twin room and a double room with en-suite toilet & washbasin, and a separate bathroom with electric shower over the bath. There is also a downstairs cloakroom with shower. The kitchen is modern and fully fitted with electric hob & oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave, there is access to a tumble drier in the open bay garage and also a charcoal barbecue.
    From the property there are many country walks/cycle rides. National Trust properties and the coast are within easy distance and the village pub is only 3/4 mile away!
    One well behaved dog welcome to take advantage of the many lovely walks on our doorstep.
