« The interior courtyard with pool was the nicest part of the property. Although relatively clean the facility was very dated. The beds were comfy though and the sheets clean. I believe you can tell a good deal about a hotel by the attire of the staff. Black band promo tees do not a professional look make and sets the tone for what you can expect here. Even tho they advertised a in room coffee maker you had to ask for one at the front desk. Seems like a lot of trouble to go to for a cheap...

« The price was right. The HVAC in the room was like sleeping with a vacuum cleaner running all night. But what really irritated me was that we got there early (after 2pm), and the staff made a big deal about trying to find us a room prior to the 3 pm check in time. Total bs. They never found a room but shortly after 3pm, several rooms were miraculously available. This has happened to us at other Comfort Suites hotels. Haven't had a problem at other hotel properties. Look, just tell your customers...
