Horrible staff so unhelpful and did nothing when called. I asked multiple times to come fix the ac in my room and no one came. They have the audacity to say no to a partial refund and also deny a room change. Garbage hotel.

Valet parking 10/10, safety 10/10 room description not the same as what I got, dirty towels and blanket bad experience.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....
