On my arrival the front desk worker wasn’t present at the desk had to wait 30 minutes to check in to only be told the elevator doesn’t work an had to walk 3x flights of stairs also pest and roaches was present in the room experience was horrible

No clerk was at the desk. Had to do multiple calls before she came. Elevators broken. When we entered the room, we seen roaches scatter. roaches everywhere. When we went to checkout, no clerk. called 4 times and still nothing, so we left. never again.

The room was nice and neat however the tv volume didn’t work. The staff couldn’t change our room so they brought another tv in which my fiancé had to help one of the receptionist carry. While there were other men staff available. Once the other tv was brought in, it didn’t even work. We left the room for about 5 hours and when we returned, we still didn’t have a working tv. About 45 min after we arrived back to the room, another receptionist knock on the door and asked was our tv working and that she’ll give us a small tv. Please note that it’s after 8pm so I refuse it because at this point we were super tired from being out all day and was ready for bed. It was pretty chilly in the room and the heat didn’t work properly. There was no comforter on the bed, just a sheet, and two blankets. After my fiancé helped carry a tv to our room and we still didn’t have a working tv, we were not issued a discount. The place is definitely not worth staying here.

Hotel room had roach infestation, hard beds, a weird smell (not sure the last time if ever the A/C filter was cleaned), had kitchenette (but no dishes or pots and pans), no coffee maker, no hair dryer, just all around bad experience that made us cut our trip early.

The front desk receptionists were both friendly and checked me in/out at timely manners. The room was decent for the price I paid, however it seems as though the place needs to be exterminated. First there was a dead bug on the bed that looked like it had been washed in with the sheets. Then as the night went on, my son was pointing out 3 and 4 bugs. They weren’t roaches, just some type of bugs. Because of that, I’ll give my experience a 5/10 because who wants to sleep with bugs? Exterminate please.

The employees was very nice, but most of there guest was very prejudice and Rude.the rooms where clean but there was little roaches in it. My daughter came inside the room and a roach feel on her shoulder. I hate bugs.

The place had an uncomfortable bed and some of the other residents were noisy. We woke up at midnight. The people across the hall had a little kid screaming and then they had dogs barking. No one is at the front desk. They leave early. We were only there for one night so it was not a big deal. We couldn’t have stayed there more than one night.

It was convenient for the reason I was there, it was also clean but there was roaches crawling from out the walls, had to put my luggage on the table in fear of them getting inside my things… then they only provide 2 face towels and 2 big towels and if you needed extra there was a fee, then when we got there they required a deposit that was not noted on the web site…
