This brand-new beautiful beach home will be ready starting March 10\. Feel your worries melt away at this stunning gulf coast home built in Jan, 2022\. Designed with a family in mind, guests will love the modern open floor plan with crisp, clean, and fun décor. Perfect for multiple families and groups traveling together, the home is fully furnished and has 4-bedrooms, 3-baths accommodating up to 12 guests comfortably. Please look at the reviews of our other listings.

\- The large wrap around PATIO is equipped with comfortable patio seating, Adirondack chairs, end tables, footrests, and a large grill.  
\- LIVING ROOM has 75-inch TV, 2 couches and two chairs , nesting coffee tables and side tables  
\- DINING ROOM has an 84-inch table that can seat 8 with additional 4 bar stools are at the counter.   
\- KITCHEN is fully equipped for all your cooking needs: fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher. Additional kitchen supplies include Keurig/Coffee maker, toaster, blender, cooking utensils, knives, cutting boards, plates, bowls, glasses, coffee cups, measuring cups, baking pans, mixing bowls, colander, shaver, wine and bottle opener, can opener, pots/pans, silverware,  
\- LAUNDRY ROOM: Full size washer and dryer  
\- BEDROOM 1 MASTER BEDROOM: King bed, two nightstands, 32" TV, closet, office table. Master bathroom is attached with double vanities and a tub  
\- BEDROOM 2 BUNK BEDROOM: Built in queen over queen bunkbed and twin over twin bunk bed, closet, dresser, 58-inch TV. A bathroom with shower is attached  
\- BEDROOM 3 has king bed, 58-inch TV, dresser, nightstand, closet

\- GARAGE has of parking for 2 covered vehicles. The property can also accommodate trailer and boat parking

Guests can enjoy the entire property, including the home and garage(access to garage will be provided after checkin). We have two locked owners closet dedicated for our cleaning services.  
  
The neighborhood is nestled off Hwy 90/Beach Blvd. and consists of newly built single-family housing. All homes in the area have beach views, and our home is closest one to the beach with multiple views from inside and outside of the home. It's a small quiet & peaceful community consisting of both short- and long-term residents.  
  
Centrally located between Gulfport and Biloxi, our guests will enjoy the to many attractions and conveniences in the area.

\- Should a hurricane or tropical storm threaten our area, we will follow the guidance of officials pertaining to mandatory evacuations  
\- Weather is beyond our control and does not constitute a refund. However, some weather-related issues may be covered by travel insurance. Its always a good idea to buy travel insurance during hurricane season  
\- For the safety of all involved, we have a one Ring door camera  
\- We are in a newly built community close to the gulf and surrounded by nature. Please don't be surprised if you see wildlife passing through. They are harmless

Check in & check out was easy. The property was everything as advertised. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had everything that we needed. The kitchen was first class & completely well stocked. The bathrooms were extra clean & the towels were thick & fluffy. The bedrooms were nice & comfortable. The game room downstairs was lots of fun. Everything was a 10 out of 10\. We look forward to staying again.

#### Soccer tournament 

We were in town for a soccer tournament. The house was perfect for our trip. The boys were able to walk to the beach. We were close to a lot of good restaurants. Everyone slept well and said the beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to make meals. We would stay here again if we come back for visit. The communication with host was very good.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. There was more than enough space for our family of 7 adults, 1 teen, and a 3 year old. The dining area had space for everyone to eat together and had all the kitchen items needed to prepare meals. The outside space was nice to sit outside during the rain and to watch the beautiful sunsets. The house is in an area that makes walking to the beach very easy and quick. We really enjoyed our stay at this home.

#### Family vacation

This home was perfect for me, my adult children, and grandkids. The open floor plan is great. The kids loved the game room. All the extras in the kitchen was impressive. There were coffee k-cups, lots of spices, extra dishwasher pods, laundry pods. It was so nice to not just have one use items.

The house is perfectly laid out and beautifully decorated. It’s easily walking distance to the beach and a short driving distance to several great restaurants. The communication was fantastic and the house was clean and ready when we arrived. A great property that I absolutely plan to rent again.

#### Amazing property just off the beach!

We enjoyed our weekend stay here. The house was extremely clean and in pristine condition. The check in process & keypad for in & out use was so convenient. We loved the big porch outside and game area in the garage. The beds were also SO comfy! One thing I’ll add is that 3/4 bedrooms bring in a lot of light with little mitigation from the curtains which probably wouldn’t be a problem for most people getting up early for a beach trip, but just thought I’d mention if you have an eye mask to bring!!

Our family of 7 had a wonderful time. Felix’s was great food and atmosphere. Just a short walk to the beach. The only downside was having to cross multiple lanes of busy traffic (holiday weekend) which was worrisome for some who may not move as quick as they used to. Thanks

This property was amazing!!!!!! Beautifully decorated, spacious, family friendly, and equipped. This property had everything we needed, a nice space for the kids to play in the garage, and place for our swim things. There was beach umbrellas, beach chairs, a wagon and some toys. The property managers were great to work with and they were prompt in communication. There is a walk to the beach about 1 block and then crossing Beach Blvd, but we did this several times, with children, and had no issues. The beach was clean and not crazy busy. Our family vacation was memorable and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Mississippi!!!!!

#### Mothers Day Vacay

We had a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful, well equipped and in a great location. There was plenty of space for the nine of us. There was only one minor issue in regards to housekeeping. Being that we had two small children (one crawler) staying with us we noticed the floors needed to be mopped a little more thoroughly. But not an issue that deducted from our stay. We drove the very short distance to the beach and were able to use the restroom at the house due to its closeness. Premchand was extremely helpful and quick to respond to all questions. We would definitely stay at this location again. Thanks again for everything Premchand

#### Perfect Spot for a Family Getaway

We had a small family reunion with 5 adults and 2 children and the house was perfect. Beautiful interior - very beach-y and calming decor. Plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the bunk bed rooms and the game room in the garage. The kitchen and dining area were perfect for making and enjoying family meals together. Check-in was so easy and the house had everything we needed - kitchen supplies, coffee, plenty of extra blankets. Just a few minutes to walk to beach for a beautiful sunset. Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying in the house again. Thanks to the hosts!

#### Fabulous Family Weekend in Gulfport

3 families from TX..GA..and Fla..all visited Gulfport to rally around and support our brother in law who is a local Gulfport resident currently having health issues! This house was perfect for all of us! Very clean..well stocked..decorated so well...and so easy to hang out and cook...play games..watch movies etc! The garage area was a favorite hang out..thanks to the ping pong table...foosball..and corn hole games! Our kids loved the bunk room..with the TV...so they could watch cartoons! Prem is a wonderful host...very quick to respond and made check in very easy!! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your gorgeous home...we will be back!!!!
