BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: Two (2) parking passes maximum included in reservation. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

The view was amazing! Pool was very nice. Awesome access to the beach, right across the street. I had a problem with the sliding balcony door but the maintenance person promptly fixed it. Overall it was just what i wanted for a beach getaway!

Loved it, was spacious enough and the kids enjoyed it and the bunk beds. The only thing that I was disappointed in was the long walk through the sand to get to the beach but well worth the stay! And that’s not the properties fault.

The stay here was I really great. However, the room from 2-8 stayed extremely hot. We kept the blinds and curtains closed- but the place still remained 78-82 degrees (was set on 70). We did have a few problems - but the manager fixed them very promptly! The place is nice - but little places for storage, bags, etc. In order to cross to the beach, you cross a very busy road with no light or crosswalk this was fine for us - however, if I had kids, I’d like to know this. Overall, great place to stay!

It was a nice location with the perfect view to the beach. Easy to go from Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. The manager was very responsive when asked questions even on a holiday weekend. I definitely recommend and would stay with again.

Condo was way to small to accommodate 6 people. Didn't advertise it would be inside a state park. Booked for 7 nights and only got 6 nights.

We had "workmen" walk into our locked unit while we were sitting there one morning. We contacted Beachball Property management immediately, over an hour later we received a message "We know nothing about this, we will check with HOA. I sent a follow up message......NEVER received any communication or explanation. Unsure of safety after that, how many others have the code. Again on checkout morning....the door unlocks and the cleaning lady walked in "Oh....you're still here ?" It was 8:30 am, we were told and reminded checkout was 10 am. Disapponited in lack of basic supplies.....no cleansers, no toilet cleaner, not even a dishcloth, one garbage bag for a month. We purchased a bath mat, a bath rug, and a removable suction safety grab bar for our peace of mind.

The condo was even better than pictured. There was a new sofa, recliner and artwork in the living room that was beautiful! The view was amazing and an easy walk directly across the street to beach access. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. We did not cook during our stay but the unit had everything you would need if you choose to do so. Highly recommend!

I truly enjoyed this property. I visited for my birthday with my family and it was perfect! The location was absolutely prime--a quick walk to the beach across the street and restaurants within minutes of the stay. The best part had to be the view from the balcony. Every morning, I was able to enjoy the sunrise and peaceful shores. Great experience and great property!

We loved the condo itself and the check in process except of course the late check in time of 4 in the evening, that sucks and is a waste of a day. I hate that hotels and condos have changed check in times over the years to so late in the evenings. The only other bad thing was other tenants not respecting others, allowing their kids to bang on other people's doors and run up and down the walkways by doors nonstop from late at night til early morning hours. Need somebody policing quiet time and not allowing kids to run around after midnight disturbing others.
