This property offers the best of both worlds, with the sugar-white sands of the Gulf of Mexico on one side and serene Little Lagoon on the other. Whichever you choose, relaxation and fun are guaranteed. The complex boasts various amenities, including a pool, hot tub, tennis courts, shuffleboard, Pickleball and grilling areas. You'll also find a boat launch, boat slips, and parking for your boat trailer. There is Wi-Fi is available for your convenience. This fully furnished unit comes with fresh linens and a well-stocked kitchen items for your convenience.The living area features a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV with Roku. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a TV with Roku, while the guest room also offers a queen bed and a TV with Roku. For added convenience, there's a stacked washer and dryer in the unit. Start creating cherished memories by enjoying the best of both worlds at Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet Club. Additional Information: Parking passes are handled on-site by the association, with charges applying. Boats and/or boat trailers require a separate parking pass. Linens are provided, but please bring your own beach towels. The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, one trash bag per trash can, and one roll of paper towels. Policies: Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent. Photo ID is required at check-in. Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not permitted. Use the new “B” elevator on the west side or the new “C” elevator on the east side of the complex, depending on the location of your rented unit. My husband and I shared a bedroom while our 2 kids slept on the pull-out couch. My mom and sister shares the master with en suite bathroom. Overall our experience was very positive. The condo is close to an elevator, and having a key code entry to get in was convenient. The condo was a good size for us, and very clean. Quiet, about a 5 or 6 minute drive in to town. No restaurants, etc in walking distance. ##### Jay A. There was mold in both bathrooms. Was a lot smaller than looked in pictures the beds were not comfortable. Only one elevator worked in entire facility none of the outside activities were able to be used except the pool ##### William B. My son is 4 and Autistic he loves mirrors...this condo is full of them so he was in heaven. Only negative thing is this particular condo had no wifi so my toddler had to run off my hotspot all week draining my cell battery. (He has a tablet to keep him calm in the evenings and watch Mickey mouse so his tablet is a must have) ##### Kayla S. The building was currently under a lot of construction due to Hurricane Sally, so building B elevator was not functional. It would have been more convenient if it were but Elevator A was still accessible just taking a longer amount of time to get to the 6th floor at times. Condo is rather small, but it served the purpose. The tennis courts were closed for some reason. The pool steps need repair, as my daughter and several other young children who played on the steps kept getting multiple cuts to their feet and legs..pack water shoes in case. ##### Loren W.
