The Space – Sleeps 6 Comfortably Primary Bedroom: Queen-size bed, HDTV, and cozy coastal decor. Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed, HDTV, and ample storage. DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase. The house was perfect and just as advertised and perfect for a family or 1-2 couples to enjoy their time at the beach. The beach is just across the street so no need to fight (or pay!) for hard to find parking. The beach cart made it easy to roll everything down to the water for a relaxing time at the beach. The house could benefit from a dishwasher and put the microwave on the counter, it was in a bad location. Also, could have benefited from dishcloths n dish detergent since there was no dishwasher. The house is super cute and very conveniently located to everything, with options for pet friendly places this was overall the best we’ve stayed at. Our only complaint was they should invest in new rugs or get rid of them all together they reeked of dog pee and had what looked like fresh pee on it. we had to roll them up and set the aside. Only issue is the yard was overgrown and full of stickers. Therefore, we couldn’t use the yard area and the grass was taller than our dog, so he had a little trouble. The only cons were that the grass was a bit high and horseshoes were missing. These were not deal breakers.
