The staff was very efficient they always said “let us know if you need anything “ always smiling the room was very clean and had everything I needed and I love the kitchenette considering I love to cook my own meals. I’m telling everyone i know who will be traveling to the gulf coast be sure to give you all a chance before going anywhere else. Yes I will be back to stay there again!

Friendly staff, great breakfast options. I appreciate coffee is available in the lobby all day. Love the room amenities. I can't say how much I appreciate that my room had the garbage emptied daily and my dirty towels removed and replaced every day w/o me having to ask for it.

I like that staff were nice and welcoming. Didn’t like that the room wasn’t cleaned properly. And that during our layover stay housekeeping didn’t come in to tidy up the room. We had an over flow of trash that we had to remove ourselves. Front desk person apologized for it but still not having the service was very inconvenient

Upon check in, employee was reserved and not friendly. A couple of times, there was no dark roast coffee. My husband asked front desk employee twice but employee "forgot" to make more. Bartender ran out of blond beer during happy hour one evening. Monday, housekeeping didn't refresh room. Tuesday we were skipped again. I called front desk on Tuesday to inquire and was told housekeeping was busy. I asked what happened Monday and she didn't know. She said she'd talk to supervisor and our room received attention on Tuesday. When opening the curtains, I noticed that the wooden base below the air conditioner has collected a lot of dust and needs attention. Suggest removing all carpet as it collects debris and isn't vacuumed frequently.

Room was great for price. Staff was fine. Room was next to stairwell, so that was problematic but acceptable. Breakfast buffet was ok. My problem revolves around 3 words: no hot water. Literally had to heat water on stove for a lukewarm bath.

Don't loose your luster.
We frequent this hotel everytime we come to Gulf Shores. The people are very kind. Picking up garbage and towels were a issue on our recent visit. Some repairs need to be made to loose baseboards, the sink lever and brown water in the toilet and tub. I would hate to see this hotel loose it's luster for us. There were live bugs in the light fixture in the bathroom as well.

Very spacious
Located in a great area with access to a variety of places in just a short amount of time. The carpet was a bit dirty, actually it was filthy. Our feet were black but we washed them each night before getting in bed.

Great place
Very clean with modern decor. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a definite step up from most places. Scrambled eggs or omelets (which were very good), variety of dry cereals, several types of bread, bagels, mini waffles, oatmeal, variety of fresh fruit, fried potatoes some mornings, toppings for eggs, variety of drinks. Area felt safe. I prefer a hard mattress and this was a little too soft for my liking but my husband liked it. Good value for the money. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel room was spacious, and there was a nice breakfast. Kitchenette, bathrooms, and other hard surfaces seemed clean. The issues came with the bedding and towels. Towels and bedding were stained. There was a seemingly fresh blood stain on the mattress protector. The mattress on the sofa bed had blood stains. The hallways were musty and smelled of cat urine. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Overall good. Only one elevator and with alot of stayers, you normally had to wait. Breakfast was outstanding. Beds are okay, but sitting or sleeping on the edge you tend to slide off. Pool is smaller than what I am used to seeing.
