This spacious home sleeps up to 12 guests and is just a short 300-yard walk to the pristine white sand beach. Originally the Sunset Properties office, this home now offers a unique history combined with modern comfort for your stay. Designed for comfort and convenience, Believe offers plenty of space for everyone. On the first floor, you’ll find a guest bedroom with a king bed and a shared full bathroom. Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms: one with two sets of queen beds sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom with a king bedroom, another with a queen bed next to a full bath, and the top floor features the primary suite with a king bed, luxurious bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower, plus a cozy seating area and TV. The home is fully equipped with a modern kitchen, Wi-Fi, an electric car charger, and dining for 10 at the table with additional bar seating. Bottom step on the stairs going up to the house, the support underneath was rotten and not supporting the step. There were two light fixtures on the top floor that had water in them and had to keep a bucket under one light fixture. These light fixtures had to be replaced, but not until after we were checked out.Smoke detector hang off the wall by wires.Direct tv cables, boxes hanging down the wall.
