Just steps from the beach this home is on the second tier of houses with views of the beach from it's porches. This house is brand new to the rental market and ready for your next vacation. This is a pet friendly rental. No more than 2 dogs and must be under 25lbs each. My pet rule is as follows: One DOG weighing 25 lb, flat pet fee of $200, if bring two flat pet fee of $300\. Must be crate trained and crated when left alone. IMPORTANT NOTE: We LOVE to welcome responsible owners, but please show good judgment in leaving your dog alone in a strange place for minimal amounts of time - my guideline is 5 hours. If you plan on leaving your dog longer than 5 hours you must use an off-site pet sitting service. Proof of rabies vaccine and vet-grade flea/tick medication required. Please email copies of both paperwork from your veterinarian and a recent picture of your dog within 48 hours of booking or booking will be cancelled. Any excess noise or barking will be reported to local authorities in order to preserve a quiet environment for our neighbors. If continues guest will be required to leave without refund. Dog waste: You must clean up any animal waste with a dog bag. Seal and dispose in trash can. If anything is damaged during or after your stay please contact us immediately so we can arrange to have it replaced or repaired for our next guests. Watch for dolphins, as you’re sure to spot them most everyday. End your perfect beach day with your favorite beverage on the porches while listening to the waves come in and watching the sunset. This home features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It sleeps 10 with one king bedrooms and two queen bedrooms along with a sleeper sofa. The beautiful kitchen is well stocked and and ready for a night of entertaining. \*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties. Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. The beach is just across the street. Keep in mind that the nearest grocery store is 20+ minutes away, though, and buy your food for the week before you arrive at the house. The house was perfect for the seven of us. Communication with the property management Company was excellent and they always answered right away, even when the locked door was jammed and we were locked out one night. They also offered help when my son was stung severely by a jellyfish. I wish so badly I could give the house five stars but there were several issues we ran into. I mentioned getting locked out, which happened multiple times. The main bathroom has a removable shower head sprayer, and there is nothing there to hold it up, so it sits at the bottom of the pole it’s attached to and sprays at your waist. The subfloor under the kitchen tile by the back door has rotted and A tile almost went through the management ##### Laura M. No early check in. Pretty clean. Easy communication with rental group. House could definitely use some maintenance/TLC. Wear shoes on front porch to avoid splinters. One TV. Had a pretty big problem with sugar ants in the kitchen. Owner explained it was because of the weather so nothing we could really do about it. Tried to keep as much food off the counters as possible. The house was clean but the porch was in bad shape, my 3 year old and my 10 year old got extremely big deep splinters the first day there. Also, I didn’t like that there were no curtains over kitchen window, back door and the sliding door. The ones on the sliding door were not big enough to cover and were so thin so the neighbors could see all in the house. We expected - a peaceful place to spend a week, close to the beach and away from the crowds of Gulf Shores/Orange Beach. Bonus - Great property, well equipped kitchen and a very comfortable stay. There's a charcoal grill in what turned out to be a very nice area underneath the house that provided not only shade, but also a light breeze on most days which we took advantage of since there were comfortable chairs and a pair of tables down there. The walk to the beach is about 2 doors down and across the street, so it's less than 5 minutes and easy to carry your chairs/tent/toys on the way. Another thing we did not expect, was the beach. It was nearly a private beach!! We were able to leave our chairs and canopy on the beach overnight without concern, which made the walk to the beach even easier. We really enjoyed how uncrowded the beach was, especially great for surf fishing. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a simple meal for the family. My only complaint is that the master bedroom has a tempur-pedic bed, which i'm sure is very nice... but VERY firm for my liking. Also, if you like fluffy pillows, bring your own. ##### Laura H. My girlfriend, myself, two of our friends and dog had a an amazing stay at Cha House. The house was very clean, well stocked, beautiful kitchen with plenty of accessories/cookware, literally across the street from the beach with a partial but very nice beach view on the very large balcony. Highly recommend this property. The only downside was the listing stated "two king bedrooms and one queen bedroom." In reality there is only one bedroom with a king bed and the other two bedrooms have queen beds in each room and are both Queen sized rooms in my opinion. But regardless that didn't matter, we still had an incredible time, loved the house and will definitely be returning hopefully soon. Thank you!! ##### Marcus D.
