This unit can accommodate up to 4 adults, 2 children and even your family dog (one small dog, additional fee)! There is a sleeper sofa in the living room and hallway bunk beds that offer extra sleeping space for your family. (Please note that the bunk beds are not suitable for adults, children only please!) Stay connected while you are away with the WiFi, two TVs, VCR and DVD players, and stereo system that Caribbean 703 is complete with! Enjoy your coffee in the morning with a Keurig dual coffee maker. On our first full day the elevator was out for about 6 hours and our condo was on the 7th floor. Not a relaxing day. The next day, we needed an extra parking pass and they made me pay $23 for an extra vehicle to park at Bender parking lot. Seems like they could have comped the parking due to the elevator issue. It seemed like it was a much older spring mattress. The couch was not comfortable to sit on either. We had to add extra pillows as we seemed to collapse into it. We called Bender and they sent a plumber right away to fix those problems. Rental Co. made checking-in easy and were quick to text back for any questions we had. On our first day we discovered the sliding door to the balcony did not lock.
