I wanted a smaller condo that was quiet and safe but close to beach for in between games or after. I did not want to have to travel around too much since my husband could not make it. This condo was just that. It was close enough to everything but yet not right in the middle of the hectic tourist stuff. I will say if you have trouble climbing a few stairs this is not the condo for you. No waiting on elevators though or kids running down hall in middle of night. Lol. We wanted to be at the beach, 5-6 minutes away from the state park where it tends to get busy, convenient to restaurants and shopping (yet a little separated), and a nice, clean place to stay. We got all that right here. Communication with the owner was excellent… very responsive and great directions. We are very pleased and will visit again soon. It was very clean and well equipped. We had a marvelous time with marvelous weather. It was so nice being only a few steps to the beach.
