Take a seat and enjoy the view from the living area which looks out onto the private balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a traditional southern seafood meal. There is seating for 4 people at the dining table and 2 people at the breakfast counter. This Gulf Shores vacation condo includes a convenient in-unit washer and dryer, making it easy to refresh your clothes after a day at the beach. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season. The primary bedroom has a cozy king bed and private access to the balcony which looks over Gulf Shores. The primary bathroom has a his and hers sink and a tub shower combination. The second bedroom has a king bed and the guest bathroom is a full bathroom with a tub shower combo. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper which allows this vacation rental to sleep up to 6 people comfortably. PARKING Parking passes and amenity wristbands are purchased on-site. Total cost will vary depending on length of stay. Parking passes are charged at $20 per day, per vehicle, for the first 3 days with a maximum charge of $60 for a weekly 7-night stay. After the first week, parking is charged at $5 per day, per vehicle. Stays November through March are charged $60 max. PETS No pets are permitted on this property. AMENITIES The skywalk will lead you right to the gulf front beach club that includes one of the largest outdoor swimming pools on the island, complete with a mini lazy river, a gulf side hot tub and a large sunning deck. From here, you’ll have access to the beach boardwalk, leading directly to the sugar white sands and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. On a cool or rainy day, you have an indoor swimming pool to ensure the vacation fun never stops. Stay in shape while using the fitness center. Then finish your work out with a trip to the sauna. Grill up some steaks or wild caught Gulf shrimp and enjoy a cook-out under the covered BBQ grill and picnic area. NEIGHBORHOOD At Crystal Tower, you’re just one mile west of The Hangout, one of Gulf Shores’ most popular family-friendly restaurants and home to the annual Hangout Music Festival, now known as Sand in My Boots Festival, held each year in early summer. In the fall, you’re only 1 mile away from the same festival grounds that host the Annual National Shrimp Festival. Not only is Crystal Tower a great lodging choice for all the amenities, but it’s a great choice to be within walking distance of these festivals, it’s also within walking distance or a 1-minute car ride of local restaurant favorites like Bahama Bobs and DeSoto’s Seafood Kitchen! Enjoy the nearby convenience of grabbing groceries at Pier 33 or souvenirs at Alvin’s Island. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE This is a non-smoking condo. No pets are permitted and you must be 25 years of age or older to reserve this rental. Monthly rentals available November through March 1st. During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present. Please note that a Restoration and Waterproofing Project will be taking place at Crystal Tower within the estimated time frame of August through November 2025\. Guests may experience noise and dust from construction-related activities during this time. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time of improvement. For the past 10 years or so we have stayed at Crystal Towers- always clean and beautiful. Until this year! The kitchen was left a greasy mess. Counters, sinks, stove top, and table all dirty. The tile floors looked as if they had been smeared with a dirty mop. Sorry vrbo, we wil look for another property next year. ##### Eric G. The corner unit had splendid views and great natural light in the condo which made it very nice and felt bigger!! The kitchen was Adequately equipped. It sleeps six but I would not put anyone older than six on the sleeper sofa. The patio furniture was rusted and creeks and we were not comfortable with adults sitting on it. As my family And I walked in, the condo itself was set up very nice and the views of the gulf were pretty amazing being we weren’t truly on the beach itself. Property Manager was always there for help and stayed in a good communication loop. The reason we didn’t give it the full 5 stars is because of a few issues that should deft be addressed.. The TV in the master bedroom towards the Gulf side had no Cable or satellite attached as described.. TV in the bathroom does not work as well. The worst however had to be complete rusted inside out patio furniture.. This was awful and just begging for someone to get Tetnis...My wife and I, along with our three daughters were never able to sit outside on the patio to take in the views.. This portion of the condo was very unsatisfactory and simply cannot happen as it deft set a void to our vacay.. Crystal Towers was absolutely amazing with super easy Pool/Beach access. We would stay at this property again at a discounted rate and only If the above issues were addressed ASAP.
