Beautiful full beach view from the balcony. Easy, direct access to the beach. Pictures are a true reflection of the condo. Nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely staff here again.

We had a wonderful time and experience. It was close by everything and we were able to travel near to Mississippi, Florida and New Orleans. It was a perfect spot and nice view and beach.

We were there for the Hangout Music Festival and it was about a mile away--so far enough to be out of the busyness but close enough to walk. Great location and all the amenities needed for a great beach vacation.

Easy beach access!

My husband and I enjoyed this property for 9 days. We loved the easy beach access! The unit itself is lovely! The paper products provided were of cheap quality, and not enough for the length of our stay (paper towels, toilet paper) but we were able to purchase some at a local Walmart. We found the mattress on the king size bed to be uncomfortable (too firm). That of course is a personal preference. On a few nights, we walked to restaurants at dinner time; we highly recommend Bahama Bobs. The Hangout is less than a mile away. We enjoyed this property so much that we’ve booked it again for July (a different unit though).

Hot tub didn’t work properly. Mattress in master bedroom need to be replaced. Was comfortable but big dent where you lay.

Never rent from Southern Vacation Rentals

The rental company was an absolute nightmare. From smoke detectors that went off at one in the morning, to unanswered phones and then later lying about it in order to attempt to deny a late checkout, these people were incompetent from start to finish. Added an unacceptable level of stress to what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. Would it surprise you to learn their call center is in India?
