Once we checked in condo looked clean but needs a really good deep clean . Dust was built up on every services fans window blinds were horrible . Our dryer didn’t work so we had to wash our clothes then take them to be dried at office everyday . The elevator smelled like beer and someone had thrown something against the walls . Parking spaces need rehab, they are small and really hard to get in and out of. Bender Realty did dry and fold our laundry but it was inconvenient as far as planning stuff to do during the day to make sure we were able to wash and get it to them in time.
