Nice property.

Good location - easy walk to beach, ocean views from the porch, easy drive to restaurants. Condo is a little on the older side, but everything was comfortable and clean.

The property location and amenities were great, the unit itself was a bit worn and could use some updating..The property manger took time to check in with us to see we were settled in. Overall my wife and I would likely come back for another longer stay.

This condo was perfect for my kids and I and exactly as described when booking. Great location and property, easy check in process and helpful communication from property manager. Orange Beach is one of our favorite trips and would stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean, it was well furnished, comfortable bed, huge bathrooom (the half bath was a nice surprise), the kitchen was very well equipped. would definitely stay there again.

Great family getaway

The room was very clean and it was a short boardwalk to navigate with young children. Mark did a great job checking in on us after we arrived. We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this place!

Great vacation spot!

The property was well maintained and very clean. We loved being right on the beach. It was handy to have a washer and dryer as the night before we went home, I washed all of our clothes. It was great to unpack clean clothes.

Very nice for a couple to retreat.

Excellent place for this old couple to quietly retreat and celebrate their anniversary and her birthday. One bedroom was just right. Not as new or modern as some, but well kept, well maintained and clean. As said, very nice.

Comfortable and Relaxing

We enjoyed our time here and it was a great home base. It was very clean and the artwork (created by the owner) was amazing! The pool was warm even though it was cool out during our stay. We loved the proximity to the beach. Had a slight problem with our parking permit, but the owner helped ensure it was quickly resolved. Do know that there is nothing here to get you started if you make your own meals—not even salt and pepper or cooking spray. Be prepared to bring or buy all of your own spices, etc. Overall, a great stay in a clean and charming unit by the beach.
